If we receive your order payment on working days by 12:00 PM, we will form and dispatch the shipment on the same day. If you choose courier services, you will receive the shipment on the next working day (Monday - Friday). If you choose postal delivery, you will then receive a notification in your mailbox about the arrived shipment within 1-3 working days.

Mimi operates exclusively as an online store. All products are sold online only – there is no possibility to visit, view, or try on items in person. Yes, all items purchased from the Intymi pagunda e-shop can be exchanged for a different size or model, or returned. However, if you have doubts about the size or suitable model, we always recommend seeking consultation. This way, you would often avoid a lengthy exchange/return procedure.

Yes, all persons living abroad can also shop in the store. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If you encounter any difficulties while trying to shop, please contact us by email info@mimi.lv. We will provide advice on how to order items more conveniently and pay for them, and help resolve any difficulties.

You can pay the courier in cash when the parcel is delivered within Latvia. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay in cash at the post office or at parcel lockers.
